Student Success Statement
"Nothing is ever gained in doing what's wrong."
Wilford Woodruff
What do you get out of lying to your parents?  Or, cheating on a test maybe.  What do you get out of doing those things?  Nothing.  You receive nothing beneficial for you when you do what is wrong.  You always have to keep this fact in mind, before you commit and action.  You must always remember that there are consequences to every action we commit, good and bad.  Also, you must always remember that the consequences are only bad when you do the wrong thing.  When you do something kind, you feel good and you feel like you did the right thing.  It is important to remember how it feels to do something that is wrong, it feels terrible.  You will feel guilty, exhausted, disappointed.  You will feel this way because a burden will be on your chest.  If you don’t want to feel this way, simply do what is right.  It is as simple as being smart enough to know and beware of the consequences of your actions.
