When you have the courage to do the right thing, you feel good.  Not only do you feel good, but other people feel good seeing someone perform an act of kindness.  It is important that whenever you see someone doing something wrong, you step up and do something about it.  When you see a little kid yell at his mom, help the mom by giving her some kind words or words of advice.  Stepping up when you see wrongdoing shows that you are full of character, integrity, and bravery.  This quote is expressing that whenever someone has enough character to say "THIS is the right thing to do" or "NO", the moment becomes great.  It becomes great because you did the right thing.
