Student Success Statement
"My basic principle is that you don’t make decisions because they are easy; you don’t make them because they are cheap; you don’t make them because they're popular; you make them because they're right."
Theodore Hesburgh
Inserting image...Some people think twice (maybe even three times), before making a decision.  Other people- don’t.  When you make decisions, they are usually of importance and relate to your life in one way or another.  This quote is saying that you must make decisions for no other reason than that decisions being right.  It is critical that we always think twice before making an important decision.  Our decisions affect other- whether we realize it or not.  That is why you have to make decisions only because they are right- because you feel and know that that decisions is the best when it comes to whatever situation you are in.  Most people make decisions out of anger, sadness, the desire to fit in, etc.  Those decisions will not lead you down the right path- because you are making a decisions out of feelings that cloud your judgment.  Decisions are to be made when you are able to think rationally- in order for that decision to be a rational one.  People should think twice before making an important decision.  When you do make a decisions- do the right thing.
